What is your return policy for live plants?
We offer a 30-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, simply send us a photo within 30 days and we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
Do you provide care instructions for each plant?
Yes! Every Plantify Garden purchase includes a digital care guide tailored to your specific plant species, covering light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity tips.
How long does delivery typically take?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. We avoid shipping on Fridays to prevent plants from sitting in warehouses over the weekend.
Are your pots included with the plant purchase?
All plants are shipped in their standard nursery grow pots. However, we offer a wide selection of decorative ceramic and terracotta planters that can be added to your order.
